(ADDITIONS)
-Queue system! Clicking on enemies whilst aiming at another to add them up into a queue. (I sure hope this doesn't break the game more! it might when allies kill a queued enemy, haven't tested too extensively with that in mind. hopefully the fail-safe below will catch any game breaking moments.)
-New gun: Revolver Sidearm!
-Civilian and Camera code have been reworked completely to be more consistent and easily understood. They now have proper detection radius and Civilians will return to their original angle when they no longer detect you.
-You can now shove corpses when unarmed.
-Thrown guns now do 8 additional damage when full of ammo and have an extra 60 velocity when completely empty of ammo.
-If you try to target an enemy that's out of your range, you'll get a "Not in range!" warning.
-Special enemies have a 4% chance of dropping a gun.
-Ammo drops and syringes now fade after 30s.

(BALANCING)
-Civilians and Cameras now have a flat detection radius across all difficulties.
-Heavy Shotgun's damage buffed to 75 from 70.
-Double Sidearm's damage buffed from 45 to 50.
-Ammo drops will always give you at least one bullet if the difficulty ammo formula ends up giving you nothing.
-Ammo drop and syringe collection now work on a radius rather than direct collision.
-Double Smg, Double Sidearm, Revolver Sidearm, and Heavy Shotgun only spawn half as often as the other weapons.

(BUG FIXES)
-Missions' winning dialogue now have their small wait back.
-Rare guns can now properly spawn.
-Corpses are now aligned to an enemy's centered when spawned.
-Added fail-safe for if there's ever a situation where the player is aiming at no valid target.
-"Bank Withdrawal"'s intro dialogue should now properly appear.
-"Bank Withdrawal" should now properly highlight the bars when they can be collected.
-"Bank Withdrawal" and "Power Station" typos fixed.
