(ADDITIONS)
-Rewrote the entire dialogue backend, now stored in jsons for external/easy editing. Characters can now interrupt one another. There will 100% be some issues but there's closed testing for a reason.
-You can now talk to other CREATIONISTS on the Firing Range for some... colorful conversation.
-There are two new guns: Double Sidearm and Heavy Shotgun.
-Missions "X_ Escort" and "Southern Holdout" now have defensive MN drones that can be called to certain points on the map.
-There is now a small wifi-esque symbol whenever a conversation is happening.
-Tumor mines now have a burst of particles when exploding.
-Mission collectables are now highlighted when they're required to be collected.
-There is now text on stealthable missions informing the player that they're still able to get the silent bonus.
-There is now a "retry mission" button on the pause menu so you can quickly restart.

(BALANCING)

-Sniper's aiming time rose from 1.3s to 1.65s.
-Level locks on Stressful and Nevermore have been nerfed. 12->9 and 24->18 respectively.
-Tumor mines now appear opaque quicker.
-Laurasia's "Assassin" skill's cooldown has been risen from 60s to 120s.

(BUG FIXES)
-Sitting on ammo while full on ammo no longer causes it to repeat the noise.
-Mysterious SMG destroyed outside of "Transport"'s walls.
